The Dream Readers Program Is Back!
The free Dream Readers tutoring program for children ages 5–10 is returning at a new location — the CVCC/Challenger Campus.
Sessions are held Saturdays, 10:00 a.m.–12:15 p.m., beginning Nov. 22. Families may choose a 45-minute time slot or stay for the full session.
The program helps all young readers strengthen their literacy skills and offers additional support for Hispanic/Latino students with bilingual volunteers when available.

Christmas in the Park – Conover
Join the City of Conover for Christmas in the Park on Tuesday, December 2 at Downtown Park (112 2nd Ave NE). Festivities begin at 5:30 PM with crafts, the Conover Library Book Mobile, letters to Santa, and refreshments. Enjoy student music performances starting at 6:10 PM, followed by the Christmas tree lighting at 6:25 PM. And of course — Santa arrives at 6:30 PM!
